AMREF_ET/15/05/2026 -010 Provision of External Audit Services_ Final Financial Audit for the Project REACH Expand and Access Community Health for Amref Health Africa In Ethiopia Amref Health Africa, Ethiopia Office invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision of External Audit Services_ Final Financial Audit for the Project REACH Expand and Access Community Health for Amref Health Africa In Ethiopia 1. All firms organized and licensed under the laws of Ethiopia that qualify to bid are invited to participate in this tender and must fulfill the following requirements: Be legally registered in Ethiopia. Hold a valid AABE license. Have at least five (5) years of experience auditing INGOs. Demonstrate experience auditing donor-funded projects. Demonstrate experience with EKN, USAID, EU, Global Fund, UNICEF, Gates Foundation, or similar donors. Have qualified staff including CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications. Provide references for at least three similar audits completed within the last three years. Designate an Engagement Partner with relevant donor audit experience. Submit a signed declaration of independence and conflict of interest statement. Be free from any conflict of interest with Amref or its staff. 2.
