Chereta provides a tender aggregation and notification service that:

  • Collects tender information from various public sources across Ethiopia
  • Delivers personalized tender alerts via Email, SMS, and Telegram
  • Provides a searchable database of active tenders

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Our subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year)
  • All prices are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and include 15% VAT
  • Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Telebirr
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew

5. Disclaimer

Important: Chereta aggregates tender information from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of tender information. Users should verify all details directly with the issuing organization before submitting bids.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chereta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to missed tender opportunities, inaccurate information, or service interruptions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our tender database
  • Use automated systems to access our services
  • Resell or commercially exploit our services without permission
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
