DCA hereby invites qualified and interested firms/consultants to participate in a competitive bidding process for the provision of Records Disposal and Records Management Improvement Services. Interested bidders can collect the bidding document (RFP) free of charge from the DCA Country Office via email request smt.ethiopia@dca.dk Special Conditions and Requirements Bid document collection and submission will take place during working hours from June 12, 2026, to June 22, 2026 at the DCA Country Office in Addis Ababa. All proposals must comply with the requirements specified in the bidding document. Mandatory Documentation Interested bidders must submit the following: Company profile demonstrating relevant experience in records management, archiving, or document disposal services Copies of valid TIN certificate Copy of VAT registration certificate Copy of renewed trade license for Ethiopian FY 2018 EC Failure to provide any of the above eligibility documents will result in automatic disqualification. Technical Requirements Demonstrated experience in records classification, retention, and secure disposal Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive records securely Understanding of records management standards, compliance, and data protection Submission of a clear methodology and work plan Submission Instructions Proposals must include both technical and financial proposals submitted in separate sealed envelopes.
