This Expression of Interest (EOI) is issued to identify and shortlist competent consulting firms with proven expertise in corporate law, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance. 2. Background Dashen Breweries operates under constitutional documents developed under earlier legal frameworks, which have not been comprehensively updated in line with recent regulatory, economic, and governance developments.With the introduction of the revised Ethiopian Commercial Code and evolving corporate governance standards, there is a need to modernize these documents to: Ensure full legal compliance Strengthen governance structures Align with international best practices Support sustainable growth and competitiveness 3.
