Scope of Supply The registration covers, but is not limited to, the supply of the following promotional and branding items: POSM materials (banners, posters, wobblers, danglers, signage) Branded giveaways (T-shirts, caps, umbrellas, mugs, glasses, key holders, etc.) Event and activation materials Customized promotional merchandise Printing and branding services related to promotional items Eligibility Requirements Interested suppliers are required to submit the following: Valid business license for the relevant line of business VAT registration certificate and TIN Valid tax clearance certificate Company profile with relevant experience List of similar promotional items supplied in the last five (5) years Sample products or product catalog Evaluation Parameters A. Technical Evaluation Criteria Suppliers will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, the following criteria: 1. Relevant Experience Proven experience in supplying promotional items, preferably for FMCG or beverage companies, for five years. 2. Financial capability Two-year audited report by an accredited auditor. 1-year Bank statement in any currency (annual financial flow, average per month) 3. Production & Supply Capacity (Physical validation) Production capacity and quality control system Machine capacity and quality Human resources (workforce capacity) Raw material capacity (inventory health and warehousing) 4.
