Accordingly, interested and qualified bidders are invited to submit sealed financial offers for the purchase of the materials listed below, organized into two lots. 1. Bidding Conditions Bidders may submit offers for Lot 1, Lot 2, or both lots. However, offers for individual items within a lot will not be accepted. Each offer must cover all items included in the lot for which the bidder is submitting a bid. 3. Physical Inspection Interested bidders may inspect the materials starting 30 October 2026 at the designated inspection site near Yoseph Church Compound, Saris, Addis Ababa. Bidders are responsible for physically inspecting the materials and verifying their condition and quantities before submitting their offers. All materials will be sold on an “as-is” basis, in their existing condition. 4. Bid Price Requirements All prices must be quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). For each lot, bidders must clearly indicate: The applicable unit prices for the items in the lot. The total bid price excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT amount shown separately. The grand total, including VAT. The financial offer must cover all items included in the lot bid. 5. Bid Securit
