Purpose The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to: ü Identify qualified and capable Media Monitoring Agencies. ü Create awareness among potential agencies regarding the upcoming requirement. ü Establish a shortlist of eligible agencies for participation in the subsequent sourcing (Request for Proposal/Quotation) process. 2.
