Invitation for Open Bid For Supply and Installation services of 26kw solar pumping System Ethiopian Catholic Church Social and Development Commission Branch Office of Harar (ECC- SDCBOH) is an NGO, which is registered as Ethiopian Residents charity organization. ECC- SDCBOH is operating and implementing its various social and development programs in Dire Dawa Administration, Oromiya Region East and West Harargie zones and Fantale and Boset weredas of East Shewa, Somali Region: with exception of Afder and Liben zones, Affar Region: Amibara & Awash wereda, Harari Region. For smooth running of project activities and their effective completion, ECC-SDCBOH has intended to procure Supply and Installation services of 26kw solar pumping System for West Hararghe Zone Doba Woreda Jalela Kebele site. Therefore, eligible bidders are invited to submit proposal with fulfilling of the following requirements: 1. Bidders who have Companies or organizations, whether for-profit or non-profit, must be legally able to conduct business in Ethiopia and can supply the mentioned items in Ethiopia upon award of the contract 2. Bidders who can fulfill obligations related to payment of government taxes and have valid registration certificate, Tax Registration, and other legal business permit/license that allows the supplier to work in Ethiopia generally. 3. Bidders who are not in situations of conflict of interest (e.g., with primary relationship to family or business relationship to parties at ECC-SDCBOH). 4. Bidders who are not on any list of sanctioned parties issued by the United States of America Government (USG), the United Nations (UN), or the European Union (EU) 5.
