The Expertise France in Addis Ababa oversees several bilateral, regional and global projects working in Ethiopia. Expertise France would thus like to enter into a two-year agreement with qualified off-set printing service, to support printing of all types of visibility materials, including delivery of ordered printing materials instead of going with tender whenever there is a demand for printing III.
