The selected supplier shall provide a complete managed printing service, including printer rental, consumables, and maintenance. Scope of Work The supplier shall provide: 1. Printer Rental Options Printer Categories and Required Quantities Expertise France intends to rent office printers under a full-service maintenance arrangement. Bidders are required to submit offers for the following two printer categories: 1. Big Printer – high-capacity multifunction printer suitable for heavy office use; 2. Medium Printer – standard multifunction printer suitable for regular office use. Bidders must provide a separate technical and financial offer for each printer category. Expertise France may decide to rent one or both categories depending on operational needs, technical compliance, price reasonableness, and the outcome of the evaluation process.2. Estimated Printing Volume Expertise France estimates a minimum monthly printing volume of approximately 5,000 pages. This estimate is provided for pricing purposes only and does not constitute a guaranteed monthly volume.
