Scope & Objective of the Tender Expertise France is launching a tender consultation to establish multiple Framework Agreements with qualified and legally registered hotels located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The primary objective is to build a pool of reliable hotel service providers to furnish high-quality, cost-effective services on an on-demand basis across three (3) distinct lots: Lot 1: Five-Star Hotels (Ceiling: EUR 40,000 excl. VAT) High-level conferences, official events, missions, and high-profile meetings. Lot 2: Four-Star Hotels (Ceiling: EUR 35,000 excl. VAT) Workshops, trainings, seminars, standard missions, and high-value meetings. Lot 3: Three-Star Hotels (Ceiling: EUR 20,000 excl. VAT) Standard meetings, regular project trainings, and cost-sensitive accommodation/events. Up to five (5) framework agreements may be awarded per lot. The combined overall framework ceiling across all lots is EUR 95,000 (excl. VAT) for a total duration of 24 months. Concluding a framework agreement creates no exclusivity and does not guarantee a minimum order volume or value. 2. Required Services Selected hotels will be requested to provide services under specific purchase orders across the following service components: Venue Hire: Meeting rooms, training halls, conference spaces, and boardrooms across small (up to 20 participants), medium (21–60), and large (61+) capacities. Catering Services: Coffee/tea breaks, bottled water, breakfast, lunches, dinners, and customized dietary arrangements. Accommodation: Single and double/twin rooms for local and international staff, experts, partners, and event participants.
