Invitation to Bid for External Auditor Reference Number: GHP/01/26 Green Hope Path is a local non-profit civil society organization duly incorporated in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and licensed by the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) under registration number 7653. Green Hope Path is a civil society organization working to promote sustainable development, youth engagement, and community empowerment in Ethiopia. As part of its commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance, the organization seeks to engage an independent and qualified audit firm to conduct the annual external audit of its financial statements. Green Hope Path invites eligible and certified audit firms registered with the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (ABBE), and meeting the criteria outlined below & in the TOR, to submit bids for the provision of organizational annual external audit services for three consecutive fiscal years (2025–2027 GC). 1.Requirements: Requirement include but not limited: Audit firm must be licensed by AABE Renewed Business License and Business Registration TIN and VAT registration certificate. Proof of track record in this area and testimonies of related services At least three years of experience Green Hope Path reserves the right to cancel the bid and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
