FRAMEWORK CONTRACT CAR RENTAL WITH DRIVERICEHAWASSA FOUNDATION/ETH/FRAMEWORK/icehawassa/003/26 Icehawssa Foundation intends to award a framework service contract for the provision of car rental with driver to support its operations and development projects in Ethiopia. The procurement is initially financed through the AICS-funded project AID 012824/01/3 – IMALU – Strengthening Local Tourism for Work Opportunity and Sustainable Development, and the resulting framework contract may also be used for other icehawassa Foundation projects implemented in Ethiopia during its period of validity, subject to the availability of funds, the scope of the contract, and the maximum contract value.
