The BID proposal should contain, but not be limited to the following considerations: Eligibility- Certificate by authorized body to conduct audits -Grade A The audit firm must have solid experience in INGO auditing in Ethiopia Certificate of professional competence issued by (AABE) Detailed audit plan Financial offer to audit 500 file boxes of documents and technical proposal documents to undertake the assignment Renewed Trade/Operating business license.
