Extension and Remodeling of Training Room Facility 2. Remodeling of AI Manufacturing Facility 3. Remodeling of Animal Lab 4. Construction of New Observatory Terrace Scheduled Construction Period 11 months from the date of commencement of construction Duration 12 months from the date of signing the contract (Shall commence construction within thirty (30) days from the date of signing the contract) Price (VAT exclusive) - Project Budget: USD 655,616.00 - Base Price: USD 639,255.00 - Estimated Price: to be determined ※ The Bidders’ Price Proposal should not exceed the Estimated Price, which will be decided by calculation from this Basic Price, according to KOICA’s Bidding regulation.
