MSF provides assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict; irrespective of race, religion, creed or political convictions; and guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality. And to this end in Ethiopia, we are providing humanitarian aid in different regions in Ethiopia with country office in Addis Ababa Medecins Sans Frontieres – Belgium Ethiopia Mission hereby invites eligible and qualified Hygiene items suppliers to submit sealed bids at our head office in Addis Ababa. Interested bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements: Renewed and valid trade license for the business sector for the year 2018 E.C. VAT Registration Certificate Demonstrated experience and competence in the supply of Hygiene items to international NGOs. Evidence of financial capacity and stability. Bidders should submit their unit price after VAT and the total price for each item. Bidders should send their offer based on the specifications listed in the table below after each item.Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope clearly labelled “Tender for the supply of Hygiene items” in the tender box in the MSF Belgium Office Arada Sub city about 600m north of Women’s Square, or 130m north of Aware Square on or before 11th May 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day , and the successful bidder will be notified after review of all bids. Note: Bidders are not required to take any bid document form MSF Belgium and there is no Bid bond to be purchased!
