Bidders must present a valid MAF (Manufacturer Authorization Form) along with their offer. 6. The bid document shall be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope by stating the address. Bids shall be submitted to the above-mentioned address. 7. Bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount indicated in tender document in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee valid for not less than 60 days from the date of bid opening. 8. This bid will be closed on March 25, 2026, at 10:00 A.M in the Morning and will be opened on the same day March 25, 2026, at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their representative at the address mentioned above. 9.
