NATIONAL PREMIX CONSTRUCTION PLC INVITATION FOR BID National Premix Construction PLC is inviting qualified and experienced sub-contractors for the construction of a 1057-meter fence at the National Cement Factory at Dire Dawa. in accordance with the attached Bill of Quantities: A complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained from the Head quarter office. The bidders expected to submit a technical proposal and financial offer with one original document Bid Closing Date: Wednesday April 8, 2026, 10:00 AM Or 4:00 local time Bid Opening Date: Wednesday April 8, 2026, 4:30 PM Or 10:30 local time 1. Bidding: a. Bidding will be conducted through Bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders. b. The bid document shall be collected from our head office located at Torhyaloch Procurement Department, on working hour starting from Thursday April 2, 2026, 8:30 AM Or 2:30 local time. c. The eligible bidders must submit their bids in their own names only. d. The bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O. amounting 200,000birr) in favor of NATIONAL PREMIX CONSTRUCTION PLC in any other form is not acceptable. e. The technical & financial proposal should be submitted in a separate envelop with one copy each. f. Bid security should be in a separate envelop and be submitted together with the technical envelop. g.
