Population Services International (PSI) Ethiopia is inviting qualified local vendors to submit their interest for prequalification for the 2027-2028 period.

SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE 2027–2028 Population Services International (PSI), is an international non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C., that harnesses the vitality of the private sector to address the health problems of low-income and vulnerable populations in Ethiopia and other countries. PSI Ethiopia works with both the private and public sector in HIV/AIDS prevention and Treatment, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Non-Communicable Diseases and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH). PSI invites interested, qualified, technically competent and eligible local vendors to submit their interest for prequalification for the period 2027-2028 under the listed categories of goods and services. Accordingly, PSI is developing a prequalification list with TenderSure™. Manual submissions will not be accepted - the exercise is conducted online only. The TenderSure™ platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. Interested suppliers may access and register on www.tendersure.africa under the “Open Bids” tab and click on Population Services International Supplier Prequalification. Please note that PSI Ethiopia will not accept any payments related to this prequalification process. Access to the prequalification documents will be granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee per category inclusive of 15% VAT (amount varies per category). All payments are made via online payment on the platform. The online prequalification exercise opens on 4th November 2026 and closes on 27th November 2026 at 10:00 PM EAT / 4:00 PM local time.
