A. INVITATION TO TENDER For the Rehabilitation of Health Facilities at Mishera Health Center and Kedamit Health Center, Ziquala Woreda, Wag Hemra Zone, Amhara Region. Reference Number: PAD/028/24 Positive Action for Development (PAD) is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-profit organization, secular, and legally registered Ethiopian civil society organization with registration number 2330. Contractors must have Category GC/BC, seven(7) & above certifications to be eligible to bid on this bid. Prospective contractors must also be able to complete the rehabilitation and construction works must within forty-five (45) calendar days and the winning bidder(s) will be required to enter to a contract agreement with PAD after acceptance.
