We value the effort and interest shown by all respondents. To ensure all interested parties have sufficient time to prepare comprehensive submissions, we have decided to extend the submission period until Wednesday 8th of April 2026. Those who have already submitted their documents are hereby informed that they may revise and resubmit their proposals if they wish to do so. The Minimum requirement of the lease space: Basic Requirements: 8,000 – 10,000 m² total office space Standalone or dedicated commercial building preferred Prime, secure, and easily accessible location Mandatory Features Complete partitioning as per tenant-approved layout Reliable grid power with standby generator backup Structured cabling readiness Access control and CCTV systems Fire safety systems and compliant emergency exits HVAC is suitable for high-occupancy corporate use Adequate parking, including visitor allocation Storage and service support areas Competitive commercial terms Strong branding and building visibility opportunity A building with reliable underground water supply is an added advantage Landlords must demonstrate the ability to hand over premises in accordance with corporate operational and technical standards EOI REQUIREMENTS Interested parties should submit the following documents: Company documents (Business License, Registration, TIN certification, Memorandum of Association, Building lease permit).
