AIMS AND OBJECTIVES Vehicle rental services on a need basis across the country. Safaricom Ethiopia has issued this Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify potential vehicle rental service providers. Interested and capable suppliers will be expected to offer all shift vehicle rental services to Safaricom Ethiopia staff across the country, as demanded and per the agreed SLA. This EOI is intended to lead to the identification of suppliers that can demon strate sufficient capacity to provide these services in the best possible way and in a manner that enables Safaricom Ethiopia to meet its expectations. 2.EOI REQUIREMENTS Safaricom Ethiopia is therefore soliciting interested and capable vehicle rental service providers that may submit their Expression of Interest by providing the information and documents listed below: The supplier should have proven capability and experience to ensure nationwide readiness across all cites and operational location. The supplier should have a valid business license. Company Profile, Business License, Business Registration, TIN Certificate, and Memorandum of Association. Years of experience as a vehicle rental service provider. The minimum requirement is two (2) years. Confirmation of financial capacity of the company — Audited Statement of Accounts and/or bank statement. Evidence of tracking and status updates — provide 24/7 access to information on the location of hired vehicles.
