The Minimum requirement of the lease space: Basic Requirements: 8,000 – 10,000 m² total office space Standalone or dedicated commercial building preferred Prime, secure, and easily accessible location Mandatory Features Complete partitioning as per tenant-approved layout Reliable grid power with standby generator backup Structured cabling readiness Access control and CCTV systems Fire safety systems and compliant emergency exits HVAC is suitable for high-occupancy corporate use Adequate parking, including visitor allocation Storage and service support areas Competitive commercial terms Strong branding and building visibility opportunity A building with reliable underground water supply is an added advantage Landlords must demonstrate the ability to hand over premises in accordance with corporate operational and technical standards.
