Sengatera 40/60 Communal Housing S.C. invites eligible and qualified local elevator companies/contractors to submit sealed bids for the modification/replacement, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the existing elevator system at Sengatera 40/60 Communal Housing S.C., Addis Ababa. 1. Scope of Work Assessment and technical evaluation of the existing elevator system. Supply and installation of all required elevator equipment, components and accessories. Dismantling, modification and/or replacement of defective or obsolete components. Installation, testing and commissioning of the elevator. .Completion of required safety testing and certification, where applicable. Provision of operation and maintenance manuals and user/operator training. Provision of after-sales service, technical support and spare parts. Provision of a 5-7 years warranty/service commitment in accordance with the tender document. Provision of regular preventive and corrective maintenance. Submission of a proposed monthly regular elevator maintenance/service fee for the subsequent service agreement. 2. Completion Period The elevator modification/replacement, installation, testing and commissioning shall be completed within four (4) months from the date of contract commencement. 3. Mandatory Eligibility Requirements Interested bidders shall submit the following valid and relevant documents as part of their Technical Proposal: Renewed Trade Licence for 2018 E.C. relevant to elevator supply, installation, modification, commissioning and/or maintenance services.
