Interested firms must be legally registered in Ethiopia, hold a valid and renewed audit practising license, and demonstrate proven experience in conducting statutory audits, preferably for donor-funded organisations and projects. Eligible firms are requested to submit the following documents: Technical Proposal Financial Proposal Company Profile Valid Business Registration and Audit Practising Licence References or evidence of similar assignments undertaken Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 16 October 2026 at 17:00 hrs (Ethiopia Time) to ethiopia@idhtrade.org. Interested bidders should carefully review the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) for detailed information on the scope of work, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and the annexes that must be completed and submitted as part of the proposal.
