The Owner is developing a modular, skid-mounted green ammonia production facility at a site in Hawassa, Ethiopia. The facility produces ammonia (NH3) from green hydrogen via electrolysis powered by renewable electricity, integrated with a nitrogen generation skid (ASU/PSA) for nitrogen, a Haber-Bosch synthesis loop, and ammonia storage and blending. The plant comprises pre-fabricated process skids shipped to site, set on engineered foundations, and interconnected on site. The plant footprint is approximately 40 m × 39 m (refer to Attachment B for the layout). The deadline is up to July 11
