Interested bidders must fulfil the following requirements: 1. Bidders must have a valid and renewed business license relevant to the supply of the goods specified in this tender. 2. Interested bidders may obtain the complete bidding document from Brooke Ethiopia Head Office, located in Bole Sub-City, Woreda 03, House No. 797, Addis Ababa, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr). 3. Bidders shall submit a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CPO. 4. Completed bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box located at Brooke Ethiopia Head Office within 15 (fifteen) consecutive calendar days from the date this invitation is published in the newspaper.
