The technical offer must not include any price information, and both the technical and financial offers should be submitted as PDF documents separately. 2. Special conditions and instructions: The price offer must be submitted in EURO and must be specified according to the price sheet. The Order will also be awarded in EURO. However, payment will be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Bank (CBE)exchange rate applicable on the day of payment.
