The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) invites qualified local vendors to submit their interest for supplier prequalification for the years 2026-2029.

EXTENSION OF SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE 2026-2029 The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), one of the 192 national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies around the world, was founded on July 8th, 1935, by government Decree, following the second Italian invasion of Ethiopia. It began by providing humanitarian services to wounded soldiers and civilian victims. That same year on the 25th of September 1935, ERCS was officially recognized as the 48th member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. ERCS complements national efforts in Disaster Response, disaster risk reduction and community resilience-building while upholding its legal status and humanitarian obligations. ERCS invites interested qualified, technically competent, and eligible Local vendors to submit their interest for the prequalification for years 2026-2029. Please note that ERCS Ethiopia will not accept any manual submissions, the supplier prequalification exercise will be conducted online via: The TenderSure™ platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. Interested suppliers may access and register on www.tendersure.africa under the “Open Jobs” tab and click on Ethiopian Red Cross Supplier Prequalification. Access to the prequalification documents will be granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee per category inclusive of 15% VAT (Amount will vary per category). All payments will be made via an online payment on the platform. The online prequalification exercise which started on August 3, 2026, has been extended and the closing date is September 10, 2026, at 10 PM EAT/ 4 PM local time.
