TERMS OF REFERENCE (ToR) Consultancy Services for Integrated Borehole Rehabilitation, New Borehole Development, and Campus Water, Sewerage & Sanitation Infrastructure Advisory ILRI Addis Ababa Campus 1.1 Institutional Context The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) Addis Ababa Campus is a major research facility supporting laboratory operations, animal research units, residential facilities, administrative offices, irrigation systems, and other institutional infrastructure. The campus relies on a combination of municipal water supply and groundwater abstraction to meet its operational needs. Groundwater currently plays a critical role in maintaining water security, supporting domestic consumption, laboratory operations, irrigation of landscaped and research farm areas, and fire protection systems.
