Actual construction, installation and application works are excluded. Location Dodota District, Oromia, Ethiopia Main Materials · Cement, sand, gravel, aggregate, natural stone and selected fill · Concrete blocks, reinforcing bars and binding wire · Eucalyptus timber, roofing sheets, ridge caps and flashings · Band iron, nails, gypsum, ceiling materials, doors, windows and paint Detailed items, specifications and quantities: Sections 4, 5 and 6. Delivery Sites · FTCs: Betele, Berio, Mir and Kuobo · Milling facility: Dodota Site Office Scope of Supply · Local procurement, packing and loading · Transportation to the designated sites · Unloading and stacking at the designated sites · Inspection support and handover · Replacement of short, damaged or non-compliant materials · New and unused materials meeting Section 5 specifications · Supply plan due within 10 days after contract signing · Notify and coordinate with the PMC at least 5 days before each delivery Delivery Schedule First priority delivery: within 15 days; subsequent stages: within 30 and 40 days (recommended).
