All the goods are for a humanitarian project in Amhara &a; Tigray an intervention supported by Canadian Lutheran World Relief. 2. All goods and services are to be delivered in Ethiopia Tigray, specific locations as indicated in the tender document. 3. The offered prices shall be quoted in Ethiopian Birr only. 4. Bidders without a valid, renewed business license will be excluded. Final selection and award will be based on the highest combined technical and financial score. 5.
