The works include the upgrade of an existing floor at Niger Building (part of the UNECA Headquarters’ Buildings), the targeted floor is at level 2, which approximately spreads over an area of 1470 square meters. This requirement is to complete remaining works that stand at approx. 35% of the total requirement which had been carried out by a previous Contractor including materials onsite. The completed works along with available materials on site will only be provided at the time of award to the successful bidder.
