The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) invites bids for the sale of disposed assets divided into five lots.

INVITATION TO BIDSALE OF DISPOSAL OF IT EQUIPMENT, OFFICE FURNITURE AND TENTSREF# PRO32-3-118-SCMS/19-4-8 The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) invites interested bidders to participate in a closed bid exercise for the sale of Lot 1 – Computer Equipment: This lot comprises 355 laptops, 30 CPUs/system units, 128 monitors, 30 iPads/tablets, 19 Wi-Fi devices, and 59 mobile phones. Lot 2 – Audio-Visual and Communication Equipment: This lot comprises 23 cameras, 161 audio-visual equipment items, and 21 TVs and TV stands, while manual radios are included among the 30 listed items. Lot 3 – Printing, Document Management and Office Machines: This lot comprises 27 units, including printers and fax machines, with additional fax machines included in the mixed lot. It also includes 100 units of toner and binding machines. Lot 4 – Office Furniture: This lot comprises 8 tables with drawers, 11 swivel chairs, 1 drawer, 119 miscellaneous scrap furniture items. Lot 5 – Tents: This lot comprises 4 tents. The bid items are to be sold “as is, where is” without recourse to warranties of any kind. Bid with some information will be available from 01 June 2026 – 29 June 2026 on UN working hours and days from Monday to Thursday morning time between 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM afternoon time 15:00 PM to 17:00 PM and on Friday 9:00 AM to 13:00 PM.
