Background The World Food Programme (WFP) Ethiopia Country Office invites qualified manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and solution providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the potential supply, delivery, installation, and after-sales support of Mobile Safe Houses / Mobile Protective Bunkers at various WFP Warehouses in Ethiopia to support personnel safety, operational continuity, and emergency preparedness requirements. Prospective companies should have at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, and after-sales support of mobile safe rooms, or blast-resistant shelters. Companies should provide evidence of at least three (3) successfully completed similar projects within the last five (5) years, preferably in security, military, diplomatic, industrial, or high-risk operating environments. 2.
