Each vessel must feature a nominal working volume capacity of 50,000 liters (50 m3), engineered explicitly as a single-wall cylindrical horizontal cell layout with structural supports. These tanks will be deployed for the aboveground containment of bulk petroleum diesel fuel to support heavy mining fleet operations at the Tulu Kapi Gold Mine site. All engineering designs, material configurations, appurtenances, and testing criteria must strictly comply with national standard ES 7022:2023 (Requirements for Fuel Station Facilities) and the internationally mandated UL 142 Standard for Steel Aboveground Tanks for Flammable and Combustible Liquids.
