Only hardware from industry-leading manufacturers will be reviewed. Commercial Terms & Submission Format Suppliers must present their bids organized by line item. Every bid submission must clearly itemize the following structural parameters: Itemized Costing: Separate line-item breakout pricing, for each unit respectively. Logistics & Delivery: Clear operational lead times from receipt of official Purchase Order (PO) to physical delivery on-site. Warranty & SLAs: Detailed warranty lengths and support engagement definitions. Price Validity: Quote validity timeframe.
