UNHCR Addis Ababa EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – OFFICE PREMISES FOR UNHCR COUNTRY OFFICE ADDIS ABABA UNHCR Representation in Ethiopia invites expressions of interest from property owners and registered real estateagencies for the identification of suitable office premises for the relocation of the UNHCR Country Office in Addis Ababa. This Expression of Interest (EOI) is intended solely for market assessment purposes. It does not constitute a commitment by UNHCR to lease any property. Following completion of the market survey and management review, UNHCR may launch a formal competitive solicitation process in accordance with its procurement procedures. REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION The Expression of Interest (EOI) documents provide the requirements for the proposed office premises and associated facilities.
