Project Information The EASY WE project (Empowerment and Skills for Youth Employment and Women's Empowerment in Ethiopia) is funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). 3. Invitation to Tender The Salesian Sisters invite eligible and qualified suppliers to submit tenders for the supply, delivery, unloading, and installation of industrial sewing, embroidery, and finishing machines in Ethiopia. The contract covers the supply of the following equipment: Overlock sewing machines Industrial direct-drive sewing machines Buttonhole sewing machines Button attachment sewing machines Blind stitch machines Domestic embroidery sewing machines Two-head digital embroidery machines Single-thread chain stitch machines Double-needle chain stitch machines The supply also includes the required spare parts and consumables in accordance with the tender specifications. 4. Lots and Estimated Budgets The tender is divided into two lots: Lot Maximum Budget (ETB) Lot 1 13,486,050.00 Lot 2 12,112,000.00 Total 25,598,050.00 Suppliers may submit tenders for either one lot or both lots, subject to the tender requirements. 5. Delivery and Installation Lot 1: Delivery to the Salesian Sisters in Ledeta, Addis Ababa. The contracting authority will arrange transportation to the colleges in Dilla and Zway. Installation must be included in the supplier's offer and carried out at the designated colleges. Lot 2: Delivery to Mary Help College, Adwa, Tigray Region.
