Wegagen Capital Investment Bank S.C. (WCIB) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed proposals for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of its Enterprise Network Infrastructure (Re-Issue Notice).

TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT (RE-ISSUE) Invitation to Bid: Enterprise Network Infrastructure Wegagen Capital Investment Bank S.C. (WCIB), a licensed investment bank headquartered in Addis Ababa, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed proposals for the supply, installation, and commissioning of its enterprise network infrastructure. This is a re-issue. The Bank has cancelled the earlier bidding process for this requirement, and no proposal submitted under it will be evaluated. Companies that took part in the earlier process may bid again. Bid document Request for Proposal (RFP): Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Enterprise Network Infrastructure (firewalls, routers, IPSec VPN connectivity, managed switch, network rack, and UPS) Document fee ETB 500.00 (five hundred Birr), non-refundable. The document is issued against a receipt at the Bank's address below. Eligibility Qualified companies with registered business operations in Ethiopia, a valid trade licence, and tax clearance, and with experience in deploying network and security solutions in banks or financial institutions, as set out in the RFP. Bid security ETB 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Birr) in the form of a CPO or a bank guarantee issued by a local bank in Ethiopia. Proposal validity 120 calendar days from the submission date. Late proposals will not be accepted. Submission method In-person delivery only. The Technical Proposal (hard copy and CD) and the Financial Proposal (hard copy only) must be in separate sealed envelopes inside one marked outer envelope.
