Invitation to BID Invitation of sealed Bid for the supply of 16 Heavy-Duty Walking foot Leather Sewing Machine Youth and Cultural Development Foundation (YCDF) is a non-profit organization dedicated in empowering young people through skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment creation. With financial support from Mastercard Foundation, YCDF partner with Emanuel Development Association (EDA) for implementing “Windows of Hope” project. This project aims to create a job for 275 youths by providing, entrepreneurship, life skills and vocational training on leather sewing. As part of the project YCDF intends to procure sixteen (16) leather sewing machines. Accordingly, YCDF invites eligible suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of 16 sewing machines. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee and minutes of the bid opening proceedings will be prepared and recorded.
