INVITATION TO OPEN BID Catholic Caritas Ethiopia Harar (CCE-Harar) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of Women’s and Men’s Beauty Salon Equipment, Furniture, and Materials for GGE Project activities. The required supplies include, but are not limited to, salon furniture, equipment, tools, appliances, and general consumable items. Bidders must possess a valid Business License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and a Tax Clearance Certificate valid for the current fiscal year. In addition, all bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Bid Bond) amounting to 2% of the total bid price in the form of a CPO or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee. Interested eligible bidders may obtain the complete set of bidding documents during official working hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 at the CCE-Harar Procurement Section, located on Kezira Street, Hararghe Catholic Secretariat Building, 2 nd Floor, Room Number 208, Dire Dawa, and Ethiopia. Sealed bids must be delivered to this address on or before October 9, 2026, at 9:30 AM. Late bids will be automatically rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend on the same day, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
