However, bids for individual items within a group will not be accepted. Each bid must cover the entire group for which the bidder is submitting an offer. 1. Physical Inspection Interested bidders may inspect the materials starting 27 October 2026 at the designated inspection site near Yoseph Church Compound, Saris, Addis Ababa. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the materials and verifying their condition and quantities before submitting their offers. All items are sold as-is, in their existing condition. 2. Bid Price Requirements Bidders must quote their prices in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). For each group bid, the financial offer must indicate the applicable unit prices, the total price excluding VAT, the VAT amount separately, and the grand total including VAT. The offer must cover all items included in the group bid. 3. Bid Security Requirement Each bid must be accompanied by a bank-issued Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO) equivalent to 2.5% of the bidder’s total offer, including VAT, payable to Dugda Construction PLC. 4.
