INVITATION TO BID FOR HOTEL VENUE RENTAL AND CATERING SERVICES FOR TRAINING ACTIVITIES IN ADDIS ABABA AND IN DIRE DAWA ISCOS Emilia-Romagna, an Italian non-governmental organization engaged in international cooperation and the promotion of decent work and workers’ rights, under the project Second Life: developing skills in the field of industrial solid waste recovery for new job and business opportunity in Ethiopia AID 013244/10/9, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), invites eligible and competent hotels located in Addis Ababa and in Dire Dawa to participate in a local tender for the provision of venue rental, catering and related services for training activities. The services are intended to support the implementation of training activities under the project, including training sessions on Labor Law, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Gender Equality and Green Practices and Solid Waste Management (SWM). The selected hotel shall provide a suitable training hall and the required catering for lunch, refreshments, water, stationery and technical equipment for approximately sixty (60) days in Addis Ababa and thirty (30) days in Dire Dawa, distributed across several months in Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa. Each training session will last three (3) consecutive days. The services will therefore be required on different dates throughout the implementation period and not on a continuous basis. The required services shall include: Training hall rental: A suitable, clean and well-maintained training room accommodating approximately 35 participants, with adequate seating arrangements and lighting. Catering services: Lunch for all participants and two (2) refreshment breaks per training day. Drinking water: Adequate drinking water for all participants throughout each training day. Stationery: Basic training materials and stationery (note pads, pens, flip-chart) required for participants and facilitators. Technical equipment: Projector, projection scre
