Terms of Reference (ToR)Consultancy to Develop Communication Materials(PR171119) Background Empowering Families, Enriching Lives: Evidence-Driven Scaling of LIWAY's Childcare Models for Two-Generational ECD Project Mercy Corps is implementing the “Empowering Families, Enriching Lives: Evidence- Driven Scaling of LIWAY’s Childcare Models for Two-Generational Early Childhood Development (ECD)” project, funded by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. The project aims to improve access to quality and affordable childcare services while strengthening women’s economic participation through market systems approaches, private sector engagement, innovative childcare financing mechanisms, employment services, and evidence-based interventions. Purpose of the Consultancy The purpose of this consultancy is to develop engaging communication materials that capture and communicate the project achievements, impact, innovations, and human stories. The communication products will support Mercy Corps’ visibility, donor communication, advocacy efforts, and stakeholder engagement. Completed documents must be submitted to Mercy Corps by Aug 7, 2026, 5:00 PM.
