Pharo Foundation Bid Announcement for Annual Audit for 2026-PF Overview Pharo Foundation is a dynamic, self-reliant non-profit organisation committed to fostering self-sufficiency in Africa. In Ethiopia, Pharo Foundation is registered as a Foreign Charity (License No. 3717), granted by the Charities and Societies Agency on 8 November 2016. Objective To engage an experienced and competent audit firm to conduct the interim audit for January–September 2026 and the annual audit for the year ending 31 December 2026, covering the Foundation’s Country Office and field offices, and to provide an independent audit opinion in accordance with applicable international auditing standards. Selection process The Foundation intends to engage an experienced and competent audit firm to undertake an interim audit for the period from January to September 2026. The interim audit is expected to be conducted from the beginning of November to December 2026. Following the interim audit, the audit for the year ending 31 December 2026 is expected to cover the accounts of the Country Office and its field offices, mainly located in the Benishangul-Gumuz Regional State (BGRS). The year-end audit is expected to be conducted from the beginning of January to February 2027.
