A. INVITATION TO TENDER Online UPS Procurement Reference Number: PAD/046/26 Positive Action for Development (PAD) is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-profit, secular, and legally registered organization in the Ethiopian civil society organization with registration number 2330. The organization was established on June 6/2011, with a mission to save lives, promote hope, end poverty, and achieve social justice through integrated and sustainable development approaches. As part of the project implementation, PAD would like to invite qualified and interested Suppliers for the procurement of Online UPS as per the details Specification below: S.N Name Specification UM QTY 1 Online UPS The supplier shall be responsible for the supply, transportation, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and user orientation of six (6) online Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, each with a rated capacity of 10,000 VA/10,000 W, at Tefera Hailu Memorial General Hospital. The UPS units shall support laboratory machines, imaging equipment, and other designated medical equipment to minimize disruptions caused by power interruptions and fluctuations and ensure continuity of essential healthcare services. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities: 1. Site Assessment and Preparation: Conduct a site assessment in coordination with PAD and the hospital administration to verify the designated installation locations, assess existing electrical connections, confirm compatibility with the intended medical equipment, and identify the installation requirements before delivery and installation. 2. Supply and Delivery: Supply six (6) new, unused, and fully functional UPS units that comply with the required technical specifications.
