Background & Objective Under the Entrepreneurship in the Digital and Gig Economy (EDGE) program, R&D Group invites qualified firms to enter into a Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement for the recruitment, screening, and placement of young women and youth into IT-enabled and outsourcing enterprises both within and outside Addis Ababa. The goal is to convert trained, job-ready talent into verified, sustained employment, with deliberate inclusion of disadvantaged groups (IDPs, PWDs, and refugees). 2. Scope of Work & Geographical Coverage Tasks: Demand mapping and employer engagement, candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting, matching and onboarding, and placement verification with retention follow-up. Locations: Addis Ababa and regional cities, including Hawassa, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Jijiga, Mekelle, and Dire Dawa. 3. Deliverables & Payment Terms Payment % Milestone / Deliverable Disbursement Condition 30% D1: Inception Report (methodology, sourcing strategy, demand pipeline, work plan) Approval by R&D Group within 5 working days. 60% D2: Verified placements achieved at the agreed interim milestone Verification of placement evidence and employer confirmation. 10% D3: Final Report on placed youth in work with retention follow-up Final sign-off and validation by R&D Group. 4. Qualification Requirements Legal Compliance: Valid business registration, trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and tax clearance certificate.
