The core objective is generating concrete business leads, facilitating high-level market linkages, and demonstrating Ethiopia's outsourcing talent. Task 1 — Pre-Engagement Preparation: Prepare participating Ethiopian companies (at least 10 representatives) for pitch readiness, collaterals, and value propositions. Task 2 — Buyer Outreach & Invitations: Identify, invite, and secure high-level decision-makers from Indian buyer firms (pre-approved by R&D Group) and curate qualified matchmaking sessions. Task 3 — Event Organization & Logistics: Manage full event logistics in India, including a business-grade venue, catering, local/international transport, accommodation, and on-site coordination. Task 4 & 5 — Itinerary, Tracking & Reporting: Manage complete pre-event, event, and post-event timelines, and deliver a post-engagement report detailing secured meetings, leads, and sales pipeline outcomes. 2.
