We provide family-like care and social services to vulnerable families through our Family Strengthening Projects. For one of our Medical Center, we want to procure some Medical Laboratory reagents and Medical equipment and hereby invite potential suppliers to submit their offer according to the below item Details, Instructions to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder: Eligibility Criteria 1. Legal Registration The bidder must be a legally registered company with a valid business license for the supply of medical equipment and/or laboratory items. Valid Business License (E.C. 2018 Renewed License .Copies of business registration and valid trade license must be submitted. 2. Tax Compliance The bidder must provide a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and current tax clearance certificate (where applicable). 3. Bids will be evaluated a lot-by-lot Basis 4. Product Compliance All offered laboratory items and medical equipment shall comply with the applicable quality and regulatory requirements of the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) and other relevant government regulatory bodies. Products shall conform to recognized international quality standards as applicable to the item being supplied. The procuring entity reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted certificates and regulatory approvals.
